Price of Services
As stated in the pricing table on this website (Foundation / Growth / Pro plans are listed on the site, Enterprise plan by individual quote). If initial or onboarding costs apply, they will be specified in the plan or individual quote.
Additional Costs
Monthly usage fees for the LINE Official Account, additional message delivery costs, AI API usage fees, and other external tool costs are to be borne by the customer (billed separately at actual cost).
Timing and Method of Payment
Credit card payment or bank transfer.
Monthly fees are generally billed in advance (by the designated due date each month).
Initial/onboarding costs (if applicable) are charged at contract execution or on the date specified in the individual quote.
Timing of Service Delivery
We will promptly begin initial setup and operational preparations upon confirmation of payment for the initial cost or completion of the contract procedure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Due to the nature of the service, returns are not accepted.
  • Initial/Onboarding costs are non-refundable once the kickoff has been conducted or initial construction has begun.
  • The minimum contract period is 3 months for Foundation / Growth plans, 6 months for Pro plan, and an individual agreement for the Enterprise plan. Terms apply thereafter based on each contract, such as monthly renewal.
  • If you wish to cancel, please notify us by 1 month prior to the desired month of termination.
  • There are no prorated refunds for the monthly fee of the termination month.
  • Cancellations before work has started will be discussed individually, but actual costs for preparation work may be deducted.

Terms of Use & Disclaimer

1. Disclaimer Regarding AI Usage

The AI features in this service are provided to support customer operations. Partial automated replies may be used only for low-risk FAQ and intake flows that have been prepared in advance. Content involving personal information, contract terms, specialized judgment, or other important individual requirements is handled on a Human-in-the-Loop basis, where AI performs the initial intake and a human confirms the final response. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs, and the final responsibility for use rests with the customer or the customer's designated responsible party.

2. Out of Scope Services

Tasks not included in the monthly operational scope of each plan will be quoted and designed separately, such as:

  • Large-scale renewals, new landing page (LP) production, new system development
  • Complex API integration development
  • 24/7 human real-time support
  • Professional judgments in legal, medical, tax, etc.
  • Advanced requirements like responses to custom security questionnaires, audit support, SLA guarantees, SSO, etc. (handled as separate design and quotation for the Enterprise plan)
  • Requests exceeding the WIP (Work In Progress) limit of each plan

Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information and have established this Privacy Policy to ensure its proper management and protection.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information by lawful and fair means, to the extent necessary to provide our services.

2. Purpose of Using Personal Information

The collected personal information (including input data) will be used within the scope necessary for responding to inquiries, providing and improving service quality, and system maintenance and support.

3. Data Transmission to AI Models and Handling as Training Data

Since this service utilizes external AI/API providers to generate responses, user input may be transmitted to these providers. However, based on the terms of the API providers, this data will not be used to train their AI models. Furthermore, we will not use the personal information entrusted to us by customers for the purpose of training our own AI models without the customer's additional consent.

4. Data Retention Period

After the termination of the contract, the data entrusted to us will generally be retained for 6 months, after which it will be appropriately deleted and destroyed.

5. Provision to Third Parties

We will not provide your personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except when required by law.
