Price of Services
As stated in the pricing table on this website. Large Company / Custom Plans are quoted individually.
Additional Costs
Monthly LINE Official Account fees, external AI service usage fees, and external tool costs may be billed separately at actual cost.
Timing and Method of Payment
Credit card payment or bank transfer. Monthly fees are generally billed in advance by the designated due date each month.
Timing of Service Delivery
We will promptly begin initial setup and operational preparations after contract completion.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Due to the nature of the service, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • The minimum contract period is 3 months for Foundation / Growth and 6 months for Pro. Large Company / Custom Plan terms are set individually.
  • If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 1 month before the desired month of termination.
  • There are no prorated refunds for the monthly fee of the termination month.

Terms of Use & Disclaimer

1. Disclaimer Regarding AI Usage

The AI features in this service are provided to support customer operations. Partial automated replies may be used only for low-risk common questions and prepared intake flows. Content involving personal information, contract terms, specialized judgment, or other important individual requirements is handled with human review: AI performs initial intake, and a human confirms the final response. AI outputs are supporting information, not final decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs, and final responsibility rests with the customer or the customer’s designated responsible party.

2. Out of Scope Services

Tasks not included in the monthly operational scope of each plan are quoted and designed separately.

  • Large-scale renewals, new website or landing page production, and new system development
  • Complex external-service integration development and advanced custom requirements
  • Professional judgments in legal, medical, tax, and similar fields
  • Immediate handling of requests that exceed the number of items each plan can move at once
  • Guaranteed response rules or service ranges, custom safety requirements, and audit support defined for Large Company / Custom Plans

Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information and manage it appropriately under this Privacy Policy.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information by lawful and fair means to the extent necessary to provide our services.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected personal information is used for responding to inquiries, providing and improving service quality, and system maintenance and support.

3. Transmission to External AI Services and Training Data Handling

T-Node may use external AI services or related processing infrastructure to create response drafts, organize inquiries, and improve service quality. In such cases, part of the input may be transmitted to the relevant service provider. T-Node selects, where reasonably possible, settings, contracts, or APIs designed not to use customer data for model training. However, external providers may retain logs for a limited period for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, security, or legal compliance. T-Node will not use personal information entrusted by customers to train T-Node's own AI systems without additional customer consent.

4. Current Status and Stored Inquiry Information for Contact Intake

Production contact intake submission is not enabled at this time. If separately approved and enabled later, T-Node may store name, company or trade name if provided, contact method or address, inquiry type, inquiry message, preferred timing, consent state, submitted timestamp, and admin review notes. Payment information, confirmed booking information, confirmed pricing information, LINE user IDs, AI-generated results, and the full raw_payload are not represented as stored contact-intake data.

5. Purpose of Use for Contact Intake

If enabled, contact intake information may be used for inquiry review, human follow-up, handling decisions, operational records, abuse and spam prevention, and service improvement.

6. No Automatic AI Reply, External Automatic Sending, Booking Confirmation, or Pricing Decision

No LINE, Email, Trello, Dify, AI reply, or other external automatic send occurs from the contact intake path unless separately approved later. AI does not automatically reply, send messages, confirm bookings, or determine pricing. Important handling remains human-reviewed.

7. Retention and Deletion for Contact Intake

If enabled, contact intake information is retained only to the extent necessary for the purposes of use. Archived status is operational organization only and is not deletion. Retention and deletion details must follow the approved retention/deletion policy and future implementation. This section does not promise a separate contact-intake retention period.

8. Data Retention Period

After contract termination, entrusted data is generally retained for 6 months and then appropriately deleted or destroyed.

9. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
