Q. What is the difference between your service and a production or maintenance company?
A. We function as an "external web department" that continuously improves your website as a business asset, rather than just "building it and leaving it." The key difference is that we provide a unified service covering web maintenance, speed improvements, and inquiry handling efficiency through AI.
Q. To what extent does the AI automate responses?
A. It provides partial automated responses to low-risk, standard questions based on a pre-learned FAQ. For content involving specialized judgment, such as personal information or contractual terms, and complex individual requirements, we operate on a "Human-in-the-Loop" basis where AI handles the initial reception, and a human confirms and responds.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of tasks I can request?
A. There is no limit to the number of requests you can make (unlimited reception). However, the number of tasks that can be worked on simultaneously depends on your plan. The Growth/Standard plan allows for one concurrent task, while the Pro/Professional plan allows for two.
Q. Can we really proceed without meetings?
A. Yes, we operate on an "asynchronous" basis. By making requests and confirmations through a dedicated portal, we eliminate unnecessary meetings and can proceed with improvements quickly. Of course, we can also set up online meetings if necessary.
Q. Is AI phone support a standard feature?
A. No, AI phone support is an industry-specific "optional feature" and requires a separate quote. Please note that it is not included in the standard plans.
Q. Is it okay if we don't have any IT-savvy employees?
A. Yes, that's not a problem. We will support you as your "external web department" in a clear and thorough manner so that communication is smooth even without specialized knowledge.
Q. Is there a minimum contract period?
A. Foundation / Growth require a 3-month minimum term, Pro requires 6 months, and Enterprise is subject to an individual agreement.
