What is the difference between your service and a production or maintenance company?
We function as an "external web department" that continuously improves your website as a business asset, rather than just "building it and leaving it." The key difference is that we provide a unified service covering web maintenance, speed improvements, and inquiry handling efficiency through AI.
How far does AI handle responses?
AI organizes inquiry details, handles low-risk common questions at the first line, and prepares answer drafts. Important content, individual conditions, and specialized judgment are reviewed by humans.
Is there a limit to the number of tasks I can request?
There is no cap on submitted requests. However, the number of items that can be worked on at once depends on your plan. Keeping work from piling up at once helps stabilize quality and speed.
Can we really reduce meetings?
Yes. Requests and reviews move through a dedicated portal or chat, so meetings are not needed every time. Online meetings can still be arranged when necessary.
Is AI phone support a standard feature?
No, AI phone support is an industry-specific "optional feature" and requires a separate quote. Please note that it is not included in the standard plans.
Is it okay if we don't have any IT-savvy employees?
Yes, that's not a problem. We will support you as your "external web department" in a clear and thorough manner so that communication is smooth even without specialized knowledge.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Foundation / Growth require a 3-month minimum term, Pro requires 6 months, and the Large Company / Custom Plan is subject to an individual agreement.
