School Print Prep Check

Turn school handouts into a family to-do.

Notices arriving by paper, PDF, LINE and screenshots, organized into submissions, items, events and deadlines. A parent-focused app for sharing across the family and reducing misses by sibling.

You saw it, but something is missing the next morning.

Each school notice may be small. At home, it turns into several small tasks: fill something out, prepare items, add an event to the calendar, share it with family, and separate it by sibling.

  • You saw the notice, but something is missing the next morning.
  • Shared LINE messages are hard to find later.
  • Schedules, items and submissions get mixed across siblings.
  • Reading a notice does not mean preparation is done.

Turn received information into what the family needs to do.

School apps, calendars, to-do apps, storage tools and LINE sharing all help. The remaining work is turning notices into submissions, items and deadlines the household can act on.

What it does

Paper, PDF and screenshot intake

Keep notices in one place even when they arrive in different formats.

Tags per child

Separate sibling schedules and items so they do not get mixed.

Submissions and items

Make it easier to see what is due and what to prepare.

Events

Make family schedules easier to review.

Family sharing

Reduce one-person information bottlenecks.

View source

Return to the original notice when checking details.

Seen / not done

Separate whether something was seen from whether it was completed.

Needs confirmation

Keep uncertain items separate instead of stating them as facts.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add a notice

Bring in paper, PDF, LINE or screenshot notices.

  2. 2

    Review candidates

Parents review candidate submissions, items, events and deadlines.

  3. 3

    Prepare as a family

Organize by sibling and review what needs to be ready tomorrow.

What the beta will test

  • Organizing submissions, items, events and deadlines
  • Reducing misses by sibling
  • Reviewing the same preparation list as a family
  • Separating uncertain items as “needs confirmation”

The initial beta prioritizes reducing misses, family sharing, sibling separation, deadlines and tomorrow summaries over promoting OCR accuracy. AI/OCR supports candidate organization; parents confirm.

We do not collect more child information than needed.

  • On-device OCR and organization are the first choice.
  • Cloud sync is designed as an explicit user choice.
  • External AI/LLM sending will have a separate switch and pre-send explanation.
  • Images and text are not used for training or retraining.
  • Original handout images are not shared by default.
  • Accounts, notifications and payment are introduced after first value.

On-device processing is prioritized. Cloud sync and external AI/LLM sending are designed as explicit user choices. If cloud processing is adopted, the app will explain what is sent, why, whether it is stored, where it is stored, vendors involved and how deletion works.

Sending method

This form does not create a new external sending system. It creates a beta sign-up note on the device, and keeps the existing safe method: the user copies the note and pastes it into the contact path.

The note is created on this device. The form does not auto-send.
