Where AI stops and a person takes over

These are T-Node's operating standards. AI writes the draft; a person checks it before it ships. What we do not do by default, what we hold, and the sectors we do not serve are all here to read before you sign.

OPERATING STANDARDS

Three commitments

AI first response

AI sorts each enquiry by content and drafts the reply and the update. It works only from the information your studio has given us and from already-published copy.

A person checks what matters

A person reviews before anything is sent or published. Wording about pricing, treatments, booking slots, or cancellations is always read by a person first. If a fact cannot be verified, it does not go out until it is.

Partial automatic replies for low-risk FAQs

Only questions whose answer does not change — opening hours, address, parking — are answered automatically. Which questions qualify is decided per studio and shared as a list.

Excluded questions — individual quotes, whether a treatment is suitable, questions about your health, holding a booking slot, complaints. A person handles these.

WHO DOES WHAT

ASYNCHRONOUS BY DEFAULT

Intake and publishing, in practice

Intake 24 hours a day, no cap on the number. Form, email, or chat.
Work in progress Depends on your plan. When the limit is reached, new requests queue and we tell you where yours stands.
Checking and publishing Handled in order on business days. The expected number of business days is agreed in the contract; we tell you in advance if it changes.
What we do not promise We do not promise same-day replies. You can flag urgency when you send a request. We also do not promise more sales or more enquiries.
